At York Designs, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of custom-designed products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-designed products: Once the design has been signed off or accepted by the client, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
General Return Policy:
- For non-custom items, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@yorkdesigns.co.za with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@yorkdesigns.co.za with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
